Jackson is a finance professional with deep experience in complex lending, private credit and structured property finance.

He founded WJ Capital Partners in 2025 to deliver tailored capital solutions for property developers, business owners and investors. Jackson specialises in corporate and commercial real estate debt requirements of $5m and above, drawing on roles across commercial and corporate banking and funds management to design and negotiate fit-for-purpose capital structures.

Jackson holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Corporate Finance) from Deakin University and a Diploma of Finance.

Jackson is a Credit Representative (CRN 571672) of Australian Credit Licence 517192 and an Authorised Representative of AFSL 508011.

Sam is an experienced international finance professional and lawyer. Most recently, Sam was the Managing Director & Founder of Capital Prudential, a national funds management business. Prior to this he held Board and senior management positions at Rural Bank Limited & Bendigo and Adelaide Bank.

For over 25 years, he has worked across all aspects of banking including structured finance, capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions, credit, lending, operations, products and risk and compliance.

Prior to this Sam spent 10 years as a lawyer both in Australia and Europe specialising in international cross border structured finance transactions.

Ciara is a finance professional specialising in tailored home and business lending solutions for individuals, business owners and investors. She brings over five years of experience in banking, with a strong background in credit analysis and structured lending across both residential and commercial finance.

Ciara holds a Bachelor of Business (Finance) and a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management. She is known for her client-focused approach, providing strategic, well-considered lending solutions aligned to each client’s objectives. Ciara is committed to providing strategic, tailored finance outcomes and guiding clients with clarity and confidence through every stage of the lending process.

Malcolm is a highly experienced banker and risk executive having spent 3 decades in the finance sector. He performed various roles including Executive and GM Credit at ASX100 Bendigo & Adelaide Bank, Executive Committee Chair, ABA Committee Member and Regulatory engagement (APRA). As Executive Director of a boutique consulting firm, Malcolm is dedicated to addressing business opportunities and challenges, with a focus on Risk Governance, Frameworks, Policy and Management, Financial Risk, Climate Risk, Operational Risk, Scenario Analysis, and Stakeholder Management.

Malcolm is Advisory Board Member of a large family owned agriculture business, and Independent Member of Audit, Risk and Finance Committee of the One Basin Co-Operative Research Centre. Malcolm has also held governance roles with Blackfriars Priory School (Board and Board Committees), Office of the National Rail Safety Regulator (Board Audit and Risk Committee) and Director of 14 subsidiary entities of Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Ltd.
